Villa CANOSA is 200 years old building, authentic interior, in the shade of 400 years old trees, unique in Europe and among the largest in the world.

Arboretum was established in the year 1494. as the rural estate of the Dubrovnik noble family Gučetić-Gozze.

Villa has its own large parking space shaded by trees.
The house has central heating and satellite TV. Air conditioning is unnecessary, because the heat can not penetrate thick stone walls.

There is a 350-400 m path that leads to the beach - a unique and unprecedented in its beauty, purity and exceptional seaside.
